- Grant necessary access to the property
- Make payments as per the agreed schedule

4. Fees and Payment
- Our fees will be clearly outlined in the project proposal
- A non-refundable deposit is required to commence work
- Payments due as laid out in the proposal as well as design agreement.
- Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, and materials created by House Of Design LLC. remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and projects.

7. Limitation of Liability
House Of Design LLC.'s liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Clients are responsible for paying for all work completed up to the termination date.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alameda County, CA, USA.
